Ailing Gov. Suntai Spotted

Ailing Taraba State Governor, Danbaba Suntai has made his first public appearance – not physically, but in a photograph (middle), 65 days after his ill-fated crash of October 25.

The photograph said to have been taken in a canteen of an unnamed German hospital was released yesterday, January 1, by News Agency of Nigeria.

The photo shows the governor holding his baby – one of the twins his wife, Hajia Hauwa, was delivered of on December 6, also in Germany.

Albeit he looks pale and appears to be lost in a world of his own, his health seems to have greatly improved.
